Over the last 40 years, Eighty Eight Rodney Street Limited has established itself as the first choice and leading provider of Medical Consulting and Therapy Rooms in the Liverpool area.


We offer over 20 consulting rooms, many newly refurbished, available with lift access to all floors in our elegant Grade II listed building. Our dedicated team offers exceptional service, managing the day to day business in a friendly, bespoke and professional way.

The Team

Liz Anderton

General Manager

Liz has worked in private healthcare management roles for over 25 years.

Based in Harley Street as the General Manager for the business which includes 8, 10 and 12 Harley Street together with 88 Rodney Street, Liz joined the company in early 2014. This followed successful Senior Regional Operational appointments running diagnostic and medical facilities in Harley Street and across the South of England.

Liz’s hands-on leadership style and clinical qualifications have seen 88 Rodney Street develop rapidly. A previous Registered Manager for CQC, Liz remains hands on with both the clinical and non-clinical aspects of the business and ensures those taking a licence with 88 Rodney Street are fully accredited.

Liz takes great pride in her team and continues to lead them on to further business expansion and development.

Vanessa Lovejoy

House Manager

Vanessa leads the Teams in both 88 Rodney Street and 10 Harley Street.
Her previous experience in successful leadership roles within hotel management ensures the day to day running of these busy houses is undertaken efficiently and professionally.

Vanessa has successfully delivered on a number of development initiatives and works closely with Liz to drive the business forward. Her role includes the recruitment and retention of practitioners and she ensures her relationship with those we work with remains her priority.

Carol Sullivan

Reception Manager

At 88 Rodney Street, Carol leads a team of committed individuals who are the first point of contact for all our practitioners, clinicians, patients and visitors. Her strong work ethic and passion for attention to detail ensures her team are well trained and efficient in every aspect of their administrative roles.

Carol believes the first impression of any visitor to our business remains the most important aspect of the “meet and greet” and she strives to ensure everyone is treated with respect, dignity and personal care.

By Bus

From Lime Street Station catch the Number 82 Bus and get off on Berry Street.  The House is then a short walk from there located diagonally opposite Liverpool Cathedral. From Queen Square catch the Number 4 bus and get off at Hope Street. Follow signs to the Cathedral;  The House is located diagonally opposite.the Cathedral.

By Rail

The nearest train stations are Liverpool Lime Street and Central Station.
The House is located 15 minutes walk from Liverpool Lime Street and 20 minutes walk from Central Station diagonally opposite Liverpool Cathedral.

By Car

From M6 North or South exit at junction 21A and then take the M62 (West for Liverpool). At the end of the M62 follow signs for City Centre and Cathedral. From Tunnels (Cheshire) follow signs for City Centre and also Cathedrals The House is located diagonally opposite Liverpool Cathedral.

Disabled Access

The main entrance of the building is at ground floor level. All of our ground floor rooms and waiting areas are wheelchair accessible. Our disabled WC and baby changing facilities are located on the ground floor. We are unable to accommodate trolleys or beds.


Unfortunately we do not have any facilities for the storage of bicycles either on a temporary or permanent basis. Bicycles are left unattended outside the building at the owners risk and cannot be locked or chained to the railings.


We only allow well behaved guide dogs and documented assistance dogs onto the premises with prior permission. Please do ask your practitioner to check with reception prior to confirming your booking and arrival.
